• Order confirmation: After placing the order, please check your inbox/spam folder for the order confirmation email. You will be provided with an order ID, and shipping tracking number once your product has been dispatched. We kindly request that you save this information to track the status of your order on our package tracking page.

• Shipping: Detail shipping costs and delivery time are available at checkout.

• International orders (outside of US): It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

Order modification:

• Orders can be cancelled or modified within 06 hours after being placed. After this time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or edited.

• If you need any modification on your purchase, please contact us right away at Contact page.

Replacement & Refund:

We will take full responsibility within 07 days from order arrival, if the product(s):

• Have been crashed, damaged or faulty.

• Are not what you ordered or not as in your Order Confirmation email.

A replacement item is processed within 1-7 business days after confirmation. Funds back in your account within 3-5 business days after confirmation.

We do not require the item to be returned, as it is custom handmade for the customer and cannot be resold.
