How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times are dependent upon location. We have an estimate arrival time on checkout page, under each shipping option. Also, you can check out our Shipping policy for more information on when to expect your package.
Note: FedEx and USPS are experiencing some transit delays. Tracking details may be slower than normal to update. Please allow for additional time for all deliveries.

How to track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order.
Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long.
With your tracking ID, you can always use our Tracking page and paste the Order ID given in your inbox and click Check My Order see its status.
*Please note that sometimes tracking can take around 24h to be updated by the carrier. If your Order ID seems like not moving, chances are it's on its way!
Which countries do my order ship from?
Depending on what kind of items that you ordered, stock availability, and the geographic distance of your shipping address. Products will be made and shipped either from America, EU (Czech Republic, Poland, Latvia,...) or Asia.
Can I pay the order with my local currency?

How does Dadcustom protect my credit card information?
When paying online, your details are automatically protected by VeriSign SSL encryption (the highest level of protection commercially available). We do not save any of your account information as the payment is taken with the official method.
Where can I find carrier contact information?
If you have an issue with your delivery, you can contact the carrier directly that is listed in your Tracking ID.
How can I get replacement item or request for a refund?
If you have a problem with the wrong custom/size, damaged, or low-quality items, you can visit the Replace & Refund page for full and detail information and request a replacement item/a refund back to your account. In case you have defective items, please provide us with unboxing video/photos that show the defective issues clearly from the beginning. Our team will review your request and provide the most reasonable offer for you. In most cases, you can choose between a replacement (with the same processing time with the original order) or a refund back to your account and Dadcustom will proceed with your preferred option.
NOTE: we will support a replacement within 7 days after the date your package is delivered. However, if the replacement order you received is still wrong or damaged, we will support you with a refund right away.
